You will be given our Enquiry Code on referring to your request here. Beside the offer package, We can refer to many travel needs of travel visa, airticket, travel insurance, hotel reservation, coach & cruise booking and others.

You will receive our reply to your request and decide on it’s approval. If in need of amendment and on different related question, you can repeat the step 1 on writing to us using the provided Enquiry Code. You may required to attach  NRIC, passport and other details for processing.  

OnceYou have agreed on fully quoted package and information to your request, your full payment can be made through our Malayan Banking account of 512781030520 under Travelatour Enterprise by either bank transfer or by their many ATM machines. Once done, kindly reply with the receipt copy of the transaction through attachment to our email of mail@travelatour.com  

We will proceed upon receiving your full payment on obtaining full confirmation of your request after obtaining your full payment. The bank receipt or transfer transaction is your proof of payment to us. The Malayan Banking ATM machines can be located through this site www.maybank2u.com.my/

We will send you the Confirmation Copy of package itinerary, confirmed reservation and others with our electronic receipt. Electronic ticket, reservation and booking can be sent as well. We will proceed in submitting the discounts to those on our Contracts.
